Privacy policy

Formigues is operated privately by Xercol Technologies, Inc.

Data and purpose

The app processes authorized transactions, invoices, purchase details, and operator messages for bookkeeping and accounting review. Google Drive access uses drive.file, limited to files created with or explicitly shared with the app.

Storage and sharing

Records and credentials are stored on the operator’s computer. Invoice evidence is archived in the authorized Google Drive folder; bookkeeping records and links are stored in the configured Google spreadsheet. Relevant document text, transaction details, and messages may be sent to OpenAI to perform requested tasks. Credentials are not intentionally included in AI prompts.

Formigues does not sell data, use it for advertising, or use Google user data to train generalized AI models. Its use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Providers process data under their applicable terms and policies.

Retention and control

Records are retained for accounting needs and applicable retention obligations. Revoke future Google access in Google Account connections; this does not delete existing local, Drive, spreadsheet, or provider-retained copies. This site contains no private records, analytics scripts, advertising, or application login. Cloudflare may process request metadata to host and protect it; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
